Self-discharge testing is a critical part of battery outgoing inspection. The conventional method based on voltage drop (i.e., K-value screening) takes too long, resulting in cells occupying warehouse space for extended periods and tying up significant capital. Therefore, there is an urgent need in the lithium battery industry to quickly and effectively identify cells with excessive self-discharge. The ANBTS7701(F) Self-Discharge Analyzer supports up to 32 channels for simultaneous testing as a standalone, shortening the test time to within 30 minutes.
Full functionality: Self-discharge current measurement, 7½-digit voltage measurement, multi-channel capability, and temperature compensation;
Wide-range: Output voltage range 0.5-10V, up to 32 channels per unit, with a test time of 30min;
Temperature compensation: Automatically correcting voltage to room temperature voltage by measuring ambient temperature;
User-friendly: Equipped with a touchscreen interface and offers multiple communication ports, including RS232, LAN, and I/O.
Scenario 1: Secondary K-value screening: Conduct a rapid self-discharge test on cells that fail the initial screening;
Scenario 2: Laboratory: Study the influence of different battery materials on the rate of battery self-discharge.
