The ANPA5000(F) high-precision multi-channel power analyzer supports seven-channel synchronous power analysis, with a basic accuracy of 0.01% × indicated value + 0.02% × range, a sampling rate of 10 MS/s, a maximum voltage of 1000V (DC1500V), and current specifications of 30A (standard)/5A. It features a standard BNC interface. This power analyzer is suitable for testing equipment such as photovoltaic inverters, electric vehicles, OBCs, charging piles, motor test benches, variable frequency motors, switching power supplies, power electronics, and transformers.

  • Multi-channel: 1-7 channel synchronous measurement unit configuration, which can be flexibly configured as multi-channel single -phase, three-phase three x2, three-phase four x2, four-phase (DC+three-phase three), and other modes, to meet the measurement requirements of various loads (automobile bench, photovoltaic storage system, frequency converters, motors);

  • High Precision: Equipped wth a dual-core processor combining high-speed FPGA and ARM, along wth an 18-bit high-speed, high-precision A/D converter, achieving a basic accuracy of up to 0.03%;

  • High Speed: Data refresh rate as fast as 10 ms, with automatic cycle function supported, meeting variable-frequency testing requirements;

  • Wide Bandwidth: AC and DC signal compatible, power measurement bandwidth DC, 0.5 Hz to 10 MHz, suitable for various standard and non-standard sine waveform load power measurements;

  • Multiple Configurations: A single channel supports 5A as standard (with 30A and other options available), supporting mixed configuration, with a minimum power resolution of 0.1 mW, meeting the requirements for the measurement of standby power consumption and rated power;

  • Motor Measurement: Up to two motor measurement channels can be optionally configured, supporting simultaneous testing of up to four motors, including pulse/analog-type torque and speed sensors, enabling calculations of speed, torque, synchronous speed, slip, Pm, EaMU, EaM, and related parameters;

  • Multi-Channel Harmonic Analysis: Seven channels can simultaneously perform harmonic analysis, up to a maximum of the 50th harmonic measurements, distortion analyses, and can visually display the content of each harmonic and total harmonic content;

  • Line Filtering: Equipped with comprehensive low-pass frequency filters and line filters, offering multiple selectable cutoff frequencies from 100 Hz to 1 MHz, enabling measurement of the fundamental component of PWM waveforms while filtering out high-frequency interference from switching power supply currents;

  • Sensor: Providing a transformation ratio function, supporting conventional I-I, V-V type voltage/current transformers; supporting BNC interface for I-V type current sensors, with a maximum input voltage of 10v, and optional large current sensors available;

  • Efficiency Calculation: Capable of simultaneously measuring the input and output energy consumption of equipment and calculating its efficiency;

  • Energy Accumulation: Capable of independently accumulating forward energy, reverse energy, and net energy for electricity trading measurement.
